Buddy Sessions

Get a friend or two together and give it a go. My studio takes up to 3 people at a time comfortably each having individualised attention. The sessions consists of body weight and flexibility exercises, and aerobic and interval training that are modified to each person's capabilities. I am there to encourage you to stay on track and keep things fun and enjoyable as will having your buddies around.
